Fibrosis (2025)

A photographic series depicting a fundamental part of Australian history, the humble fibro beach shack. Shot in Crescent Head, NSW, these eclectic mid-century icons are a symbol of historic persistence in a culture that increasingly favours modernity, and streamlined architecture. This series aims to depict the many faces of these houses and immortalise them as a fundamental part of Australian beach culture, in the wake of their societal demise.
